While these workouts yield numerous health benefits, an understated art of the workout world is yoga.             Yoga is a culmination of bodily and breathing poses that when combined can improve an individual's physical and emotional well-being. For novices, yoga can be jarring due to an unfamiliarity with this ancient Indian form of discipline.
